Greg had set up an appointment with my wife for 9am. He called when he was en route and arrived promptly at 9. He had an idea what our problem was ( oven issue) and brought all parts/supplies with him to the front door. He put on “booties” and had a matt to lay on as to not scratch the floor. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Greg worked quickly and efficiently , cleaning all wire cuttings and broken pieces right away. I would recommend Greg to anyone.
